A there was the Tabasco inferiority complex that crystal fans have. I have come to appreciate crystal more lately, but I still think it's my least favorite of the big louisiana sauces.

Wait, I could have gotten both of parents in trouble for me picking produce from the fields to pay off patients bills. That is definitely worse than answering a phone is for sure.

Crystal is my favorite. I like some of the other offerings from Tobasco but the pepper sauce is not my favorite.

I found that crystal and Louisiana are almost identical, so I rotate between those two. I always have Tabasco in the house as well though- there are some things that it just tastes better on/in.
