Anyone having issues recently:NCAA 26 issues with loading teambuilder in online dynasty?
Posted by tigers9898 on 10/20/25 at 8:15 pm
I either get PlayStation network won’t load, ea servers down, or the teambuilder bar stays empty and kicks me out. This has been going on for almost two weeks now. I’ve reset my modem and done a few other things and it is still down most of the time.

Will Smith-you have definitely done your research.
Mandevilla browning?
Posted by tigers9898 on 8/12/23 at 7:32 am
One of my mandevilla is growing and the other, right next to it, is doing well. Both are potted with the same amount of watering, soil, and sunlight. I tried miracle grow last week and it didn’t help much.

re: Help with how much landscape rocks to buy.

Look up landscape rock calculator. It will pull up a calculator that will convert the length, width, and depth you need. I just ordered 8 tons of pea gravel and used this calculator. LINK

Plan on calling both options mentioned on here. If I go with Yeah tree’s I’ll report back. Can tell if kidding or not, but looks like they are licensed so I’ll get a quote.
Tree removal-NOLA area
Posted by tigers9898 on 1/8/23 at 2:48 pm
Has anyone gotten any quotes for tree removal in the New Orleans area?
Tree is a pine and accessible from the front yard and just off the street.
We decided to cut it down due to the neighbors next door having a pine fall on their house, and the neighbors two doors down having one fall on their fence recently. Ours seems to be cracking a bit from IDA so trying to get it out of the way now.

Banana leaf winterizing

I’ve seen where people cut the stem down low and pile mulch on it to keep it warm. This was typically done by those in colder climates, so I’m wondering if I need to do the same with only five-six days of below freezing temps. Currently, I have the root and half of the stem wrapped with blankets. The plant is above 12 ft’ tall.

I'm looking for a book with real everyday life in war, not just a re-telling of the broad history of the battle.

Wally’s leak
Cheap, salt of the earth guy that you’d meet in a hole in the wall bar, won’t screw your over. I had three leaks. I hired one company who came out in scuba gear and over charged twice. The last time, Wally came out and I’ve been fine ever since.

Patio cover is outrageous, concrete is pretty well priced.
Reasonable small grass purchasing in Metaire/Nola area
Posted by tigers9898 on 7/15/22 at 12:21 pm
I need about 50 pieces of sod to fill in a small area in the backyard. Anyone have any recs for a small purchase? I’ve looked into Jefferson feed, Lowes, and HD. Plan to price more companies.

Family A/C. One of the few I’ve found that won’t upsell you. I’ll never use another company.

Put the slim body of a screw driver across one of the openings and tap it with a hammer or turn it yourself. Or put a screw in opposite ends of the metal and use a plumbers wrench to grip against the screws and turn. It should pop off. If all else fails hit it around the edges to get some corrosion off and go at it from the back side with a flat head and bend the metal up.

Doesn’t play vs much competition, but also has zero line. He’s a very very fast kid, and very respectful when you speak with him. Related to a prominent college recruiter who is now at Florida.

I've looked at a few places-(rock and soil, bella, and sand-n-soil). I'm just wondering if anyone would recommend these places or somewhere else? Thanks!
