I found that crystal and Louisiana are almost identical, so I rotate between those two. I always have Tabasco in the house as well though- there are some things that it just tastes better on/in.

I feel like louisiana is much mor salty than crystal. Fwiw, I keep all three in stock at my house.

i keep that one and crystal primarily. louisiana occasionally and very rarely tabasco.

I use Siracha more than anything, but it is a totally different condiment than Crystal.

Yes, but I'm finding myself putting siracha in more and more dishes over crystal. Like red beans and rice or gumbos. Although crystal is holding on strong in the fried seafood area.

I finally bought some Sriracha when everyone was making a big deal about the plant haulting production. I have yet to actually try it

As for crystal vs tobasco, they are both good products. When I am looking for more of the vinigar taste, I go tobasco (love it in seafood gumbo). Crystal I use otherwise
