Reed, Manning brothers, Reggie Wayne, Javon Walker, Travis Minor, Warrick Dunn, and of course Marshall Faulk were all decent...

Ed Reed and Peyton Manning were the first in my mind.
it is hard to imagine a guy whose dad and brother went to Ole Miss would ever go to LSU
Anyway, if you looked back there is a laundry list as another poster mentioned. Guys like marshall faulk who weren't recruited by major programs to play RB, or guys like Reed who chose Miami, or guys like Warrick Dunn who chose FSU.

No one mentions Leroy Hoard in these threads. Dude was damn good in college and solid pro.

The talent that left the state in the early 90's was staggering. There was also Kordell Stewart, Anthony Thomas, Raynoch Thompson, Ike Hilliard, Roland Seymour...

Jonathan Wells, Richard Smith, Cole Pittman, Phillip Geiggar, Brock Berlin, Stefan Lefors...to add to the list.

From third/fourth hand accounts that I've heard, one of his main reasons for going to Colorado was to have access to white women.

John David Crow. Heisman winner. 11 years in the NFL. And 4 pro-bowls.

that's strange considering other rumors had him pegged as gay.

The one that never gets listed that proved to have a longer career than most listed is Arnaz Battle.

Glad to see the Travis Minors and Ed Reeds finally mentioned.
Tiger fans today are so spoiled it's not funny.
Imagine the 5/5 all leaving.... Well that's what it used to be.
Thank Dinardo and K Faulk for stopping the bleeding.

The white women were to dispel the gay rumors.

Warrick Dunn
Recent I would say probably McKnight but then again we had pretty good running backs so he wasn't that big of a loss.

Billy Cannon Jr. can't leave him off the list. solid LB for the Aggies, and drafted by Dallas. He was injured at Dallas (i believe spinal injury) and had to give up football.
ETA: Bucky Richardson QB. Bucky and Billy both went to Broadmoor.
