It is a chain, but I find it to be a cut above just about anything in that genre.

I've only been to one location. The food is good and the service has been as well.

I'm also impressed by their claims on the website about where their food comes from and some of the things they are doing.

Their commercials look good (shocker). But they don't have any around here, so I've never had it.

Every time I go to Houston...That burger with an egg on top and a milkshake to drink is IMO excellent for a chain.

There are three (I think) in Memphis and we have been to two of them. I like their food, which I have been told is expensive. I didn't think it was all that out of line (price wise) the times we were there. I always felt like I had acceptable value for my money when we left the restaurant.

If I am Hamburger/Sandwich hungry, I would go there with no second thoughts. I wish there was one on Meridian.

Warning - it is fast food.

Never been to one. I pass by one every day, but have never stopped. I don't eat much fast food. I would not mind stopping some time in a pinch.

I have been to one up in this area on a couple of occasions. It was not bad for what it is.

Not at all.

It's a sit down place with a full bar.

edit: at least the one I have been to.

It's a notch above McDonald's, Buger King, etc. But their burgers are pretty bland to me. They have quite a few here in Florida. I would definitely pick Burger 21 anyday of the week, month, or year over RR.

If you get a chance to eat at a B21, not sure they're in LA yet, do it!! I'd put their burger up with almost anyone. Great flavor and juiciness. Great chocolate shake also!

Once, it wasn't anything special. A chili's burger with a shite ton of variations and options.

really? why not try a couple of the local burgers here. Petrol Station or Lankford's are both probably better than anything you can get at Red Robin

Haven't been in a few years but when I lived in Houston I went a few times. I enjoyed it. Do they still do endless fries?

Yes.

Unfortunately.

I find it far superior to Chili's

Exactly this, although I also think it was a touch more expensive.

I travel to Detroit about once a month, and stop in about every three months. Maybe because it different and we don't have them, I think they are just a little better than a Chilli's

I've been once. I prefer Five Guys for a burger in that price range.

Definitely a difference experience than Five Guys, more options on the menu. Burger is probably comparable.
