Turkey Breast....H2O
I grabbed a couple of those Jennie O turkey breast tenderloins at the store the other day.
I wrapped them in bacon and threw them on the smoker at 275° and will cook til internal temp of 165°............will these things be worth a shite?
I have grilled chicken as a backup.

Not usually a big fan of bacon wrapping, but in this case seems logical and pretty tasty. What did you season the turkey with prior to wrapping?
Yesterdays lunch really was too much, haven't eaten since. Tonight very healthy.
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Red bell pepper
All roasted and served over quinoa
Avocado and tomato salad
J Lohr cabernet
ETA: after a nice long walk

Snapper on the half shell, steamed royal reds, and G-90 sweet corn, orzo and crabmeat macque choux. The latter recipe is somehthing me and Johnny Besh came up with.

I'll be having whatever my brother brings me from WF. Probably a mushroom/tofu and veggie rice bowl, veggie sushi or mock chicken salad (which is delicious, btw). I actually met a FDB poster today.

Where are you still getting this?
What a great meal.
I've got some fresh caught bass filets. Going to do something with those.

FWIW, I put about 3 or 4 cups of distilled vinegar in my water for steaming. I sprinkle the reds with a little Old Bay. You already know they are pretty salty on their own.
