Apparently he's still struggling to find that magic offense.

This is a dick comment.

I'm not even arguing with you. But your stated "facts" equate to rumor just like the other rumors.

The only thing I've ever commented on with regards to Saban leaving the Dolphins for Alabama was to take his words as holding meaning. You remember those words.

id rather a wholes staff of new assistant coaches and 3 national titles than the one we have

Les- Great coach who wins and does it the right way
Nick- Great coach who's and asswhole and does it the wrong way. Won't elaborate but have to get great players to turn programs around and not just coaching. Nick is as dirty as they come and not just at Alabama.

I'd rather regular 10 win seasons by our team, filled with all-time great players in program history, coached by the most empirically successful coach in program history, than be surrounded by and affiliated with such panty waste, chicken little fans as you. unfortunately, I have to settle for both.

saban is a great coach, sure, but stop measuring yourself by your enemies. miles is 3 and 4 against saban, but people like you are spending so much time worrying about keeping up with the joneses that you lose sight of how great we are doing. I mean, one screen pass in the dying embers of the game last year and miles is 4 and 3 against saban, we go to the SEC championship game and, if we won that too, we make it to the BCS CG. that would've been miles' 3rd since his arrival. it didn't happen though, life moves on, and we have another chance to do it this year. put your big girl britches on and get excited about 2013.

If true I think it had more to do with not wanting to fire a coach who was 22-4 at the time.

He told him under saban they weren't allowed to leave until the HC did. Les told him to go home and take care of his family. Work could wait till tomorrow.

Probably true and also probably the reason they have won 3 titles in 4 years and we have won none. Just saying.

Miles tripped LSU into the MNC game in 2012 going 13-0?

Did you review LSU's schedule that season? 3 wins over top 5 teams..

Yeah, he is a regular Urban Meyer and Lane Kiffen. Always in trouble and causing turmoil. LSU and Bama getting busted by NCAA left and right while the evil Nick Satan is running their programs.

The butthurt over Saban is very funny to see around here. He is an arse, but he isn't a dirty arse.

Who gives a shite about a coach's kids? Nobody ever said Saban was a good dad. If you want a good guy coaching your program, Miles is your guy. If you want championships, Saban would be a better option. The only downside of Miles is that if he starts losing, it makes it harder to get rid of him because he's a very likeable guy. Now, if Saban were to ever start losing, I don't think too many people would give 2 shits able him, because he is already a sort of miserable type person who you would never really want to be around anyhow.

Btw, he's also been incredibly lucky in all of his championship seasons. Don't forget that.

Don't ever forget that folks. This little benign comment, kind of made in passing, is very true. When Saban won one at LSU, we needed a computer to get us past USC. When Miles won, a chit ton needed to happen right. Saban needed a media push to get a mulligan. Several teams had Auburn beat when they won.

the coaches take like a week off the whole year. when they arent gameplanning, they are recruiting.

I dont know the thing ab the cars, but pat was driving a charger by the end of his time at LSU. I can attest to Kelvin being difficult. he was a tigerland goer in his early years. Some guys just grow up and realize they have a lot riding on how they perform. Kelvin really wasnt an every down player until his JR year.

Said it before, I'll say it again. Some of you are bigger fans of Saban than LSU. Please go cheer for Alabama.
