quote:

DESTIN, Fla. -- The new working plan for Wisconsin and LSU: To play in Houston's Reliant Stadium in 2014, Green Bay's Lambeau Field some time between 2016-18, according to LSU athletics director Joe Alleva.

Nothing is finalized but a deal is close, per Alleva. The likeliest year for the Lambeau game is 2017.

I like this. Would rather play a neautral game in Houston than Dallas.

Now that's what Im talking about. We get them down here and they get us up there. Best of both worlds. No one wanted to just go up there, but with a game in both places that's a slam dunk.

How much does LSU make from a home game?

Would a home/home be better than a neutral/neutral financially speaking?:

I would love to make that trip to Lambeau. The Houston game would be a nice way to kick off my senior year

Unless I missed it, I don't see what the projected date is for the game up there. Hoping for Oct, so LSU fans can enjoy Octoberfest in Milwaukee, probably the one road trip where LSU cann't possibly drink all the kegs of beer in town. But definitely not in late Nov or Dec. That's one cold arse place in those mths.
