Well you just made me ponder a tad more, thinly sliced from end to end and fried with butter only, also foster as another outlet.

Sweet fried bananas

Wait, wut?

It's more often called Plantanos Maduros at latin restaurants but you can use gringo bananas for it too. It's basically brown sugar coated bananas that are fried in butter and orange juice. It's kind of like Bananas Foster but no alcohol (or fire show), and it often doesn't make or isn't served with the sauce.

I like them on a PB and strawberry preserve sandwich. With a tall glass of milk, of course.

I make an easy banana cream pie with crumbled graham crackers in the bottom of a bowl, 1 vanilla pudding snack pack, a few slices of banana and whipped cream. It's not really gourmet, but it's pretty good.

Mash up bananas and avacados with a touch of honey and sugar. Make into balls and fry.

I like to make a grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich, similar to a grilled cheese, also. Makes me feel all nice and fat.
