I don't personally hate mike Anderson's but I think it qualifies.

Ivevbeen three times to Roberto's and I dgaf if I ever go back.
It's not bad, it's just to me overrated.

I don't hear a ton of praise for the majority in your list.

I only agree with mike Anderson's and chimes

George's

Hamburger is over rated. Post roast on Tuesdays and RB Po'boy on Sundays are great.

Fleming's

Never been to one I thought was good so my expectation was low. SO not that overrated.

The Chimes

Meh. Never heard great things about it.

Mike Anderson's

Very over rated. I don't get the love for the place.

Zeeland Street Market

It beat my expectations. So not overrated. Their lunch is very good, but over priced.

PF Changs

It is what it is - a chain.

BUT, my most over rated restaurant in BR is Jubans. I had heard nothing but great stuff about it. It blew and was very overpriced. All that being said I haven't been in 7 years because it sucked so bad.

I say take Flemming's and Chimes off the list and the list looks solid. I hate it when my friends suggest going to George's.

Replace the Chimes with Walkons, but I understand the Chimes has been slacking recently. I know the FB hates Walkons, but the consensus in Louisiana is that it's pretty good, unfortunately.

Brewbachers has to be the worst establishment in BR. I can't believe how they operate multiple locations.

Other than maybe Fleming's, in all my years on this board I don't think any of those have been constantly raved over here ir by people I know in BR.

What's your underrated list?

I'm ok with Changs. One of the better chains in town. Do think some people on here confuse food board opinion with general consensus. Lots of people tell me how great they think Walk-ons and TJ Ribs are. Not really the FB consensus though. Same applies to Mike Anderson's, Chimes and perhaps Dempsey's.

Besides for Tsunami I don't understand most of the hate in this thread.

I have never had a bad meal from chimes, and the beer menu makes it an even better place.

George's is what it is. A lunch or dinner after a ball game with the fellas kind of spot. Nothing more, nothing less.

I will say that I am shocked that walkons is not getting hit left and right.

IMO walkons is the most overrated bar/restaurant I have ever been to next to margarita ville in Waikiki. Terrible food, absurdly priced drinks, and a mediocre wait staff.

Except for Changs all of those are pretty good. I mean a few might be overrated like Mike Anderson's IMHO but it stall has good food and a good atmosphere. The Chimes is underrated for food IMO there stuff is excellent
