Dreading the 49er game this weekend

I'm seriously almost dreading the 49er game this weekend. In the last 12 months I've gone through an array of brutal, gut wrenching loses that all fall high on Simmons' levels of losing. Such as:
1. Losing the BCSCG to our most hated rival
2. Losing the NFCCG on 2 Bill Buckner-esque punt muffs
3. Newcastle United missing out on the Champions League on the last day of the season (and generally choking it away the last 10 days or so)
4. Stony Brook
5. Again losing to Alabama, this time on the final drive of the game in heartbreaking fashion.
6. Not even my team but Bama getting back to the BCSCG on the last play against UGA
7. Clemson debacle
By themselves these were all year year ruining losses. At this point I'm like a battered housewife. I just know its going to happen again. Either here or in the Super Bowl. It's going to be a horrific loss too.
EDIT: Bump for NFCCG week. I don't feel any better and in fact I feel worse because now the Niners are "supposed" to win.

thanks for that extra special glimpse into your life.

Right there with ya bro except replace Newcastle and 49ers with Nats, Skins, and Caps. Been some highs this past year, but lower lows.

I'd be worried too, bro. Hey, has Aldon Smith recorded a sack since Justin Smith has been out, and unable to hold for him?

If you're a 49ers fan, you have nothing to worry about this weekend.

I can do you one better Draconian...Romo interception on a screen pass late int the 4th qtr ina game that would get them to the playoffs. Followed the next night by Clemson nipping LSU after LSU dominated the game

The last quarter of the season I felt like our team was just exhausted. Looking back though, the 49ers defense played an extra quarter against the rams then 95+ plays against the Pats.
Just hoping the extra time off recharges the rest of the D enough to pick up J. Smith's slack.
Secondly, losing manningham AND Kyle Williams has really hurt the WR depth. The offense IMO hasnt been the same since. Crabtree has stepped up, buy having to depend on Ginn and Moss is not a good situation.

No one ever wants to trade with a bills, cubs, and hornets fan.

Forgot about the Clemson debacle

I'm confident. We (the 49ers) beat this Green Bay team in Green Bay the first game of the season and it wasn't as close as the score indicated. I think we win and get back to the NFC title game.

I can't even watch the game this weekend as my college roommate (Cowboy fanatic) is getting married the same time as kick-off.

Please believe me when I say I feel your pain. But I may be able to make a case even better than yours if I try.
