The bourbons were excellent. We had a fun time. The cupcakes were delicious... As I had 2 I consider myself an expert. However, they weren't very bourbony. We need to tell Cupcake Allie to be less stingy on the pours..

Lol the bourbon was only in the frosting. Fortunately I gave them a bottle and they will be using 4 roses for whatever else they make for us in the forseeable future. I think next time I'm going to have them make cake balls instead and those will be very bourbon heavy, that's for sure.
Cupcake Allie is just this local bakery who makes the best cupcakes in town. She has a location on Perkins next to Uncle Earls. It's delicious. They actually sell their cupcake balls in Calandros in the bakery section, you could check them out there too.
