I dunno. LSU controlled those games going into the back of the 4th quarters. By your logic we could have won the two we lost.

Our O-line was abysmal in that game. Blue would have helped then too. Hell, we really didn't need those players. If our passing game looked like it did for the 2nd half of the season in that game we'd have won

2 things UGA and Bama have in common. They dont play any of the top 3 teams from the other division. UF, UGA, LSU, Bama, USC, TAMU are all good teams.

I don't dispute it 312, but I understand that when things went against us vs Bama all the goals for the season were gone, and it's hard to stay motivated. Given that they were grinding against teams that were desperately trying to salvage their seasons, I think we did well.

this. this years team damn near layed down after losing to bama and then beating state. esp. the defense. but also our run blocking seemed like it was '09 all over again. but we eked out the last two victories so a lot can be said about that. i just hope we don't go to atlanta for the chik bowl. i would rather play tejas in the cotton. let's face it; there are 6 really good teams in the sec and with johnny football being a highly desired commondity we are probaly 5th in the pecking order for bowl selection.

All I ever ask when people complain is who do you want as our coach. Saban isn't coming back and that kills some.they compare us to Bama when no one in countRy compares to them better than us.
So what realistic option do people want? You show a good one and I'll support a change.

It is a rare time in history when LSU is ever better than Alabama. Just look at the history of the teams and of the SEC. This has very little to do with the coach. If you compare Saban vs Miles when both are at LSU, then Miles has equalled and actually outperformed Saban. With rare exception Saban was a 9-3 or 10-2 coach here.
Saban at Alabama is a different animal.
Fact is, this is the golden age of LSU football, and we still haven't equalled or surpassed Alabama. This again has very little to do with the coach.

Bama just curb stomped AhBarn 49-zip, who we struggled to beat 12-10, back when we still had a defense. I have trouble comparing the two.
