So if we are comparing scores and goodness shouldn't bama have pummeled us and Texas am beat us even worse

Bottom line, LSU does not win anything. But, hey 10 wins is great. LSU fans should be thankful to have a winning season at all.

More than likely top 5 finish...if we can't win a title and finish top 5 it's not a complete failure like people want u to believe.

This board is insufferable today. 10-2 has become an extremely disappointing season to some.

College football really changed with the BCS. It's pretty much BCS or bust for elite programs. I think we all expect a bowl game now since all you need is a winning record.
10 years ago we were thrilled with 10 win seasons, but it's pretty much expected now. There are only two teams every year as talented as we are on the schedule. That's reality.
Fans are just coming to grips that it;s not happening this year (BCS matchup) It's understandable.

And going into last nc game we had beat them 2 timessential in a row...now they got us 2 in a row....I wonder why it's such a good rivalry......
