Brees franchise hearing set for June 27th.

isnt drew bound under the NFL contract to play 1 year under the franchise tag? seems to me he is the bad guy here.
I named my dog after Drew, but rules are the rules. you cant just cry and take your ball and go home because you dont like them.
the saints may not want to give him a long-term deal. he may have to live with that.

No, no he doesn't. He don't have to sign anything if he chooses not to. Pretty sure he can afford to just retire right now if he wanted to.
