You guys need to realize that these wide outs are not typical college wide outs. They have aspirations for the nfl and not just to be on a team but play and play a lot. If the ball hits your hands you better catch it because there are plenty out there who would have caught every one of those.

"Skillet - boring to it...We really needed to practice passing & catching against KY, but instead Les practices running up the middle. We actually may need a passing game against Bama, and maybe even Fla, Aub & Ark too."

Why are you not satisfied with 5-0 and blow out wins in every case, against stiffer competition in years. Our offense is fine with a qb that wasn't getting all the snaps. We as LSU fans go into each game THIS YEAR knowing we will win....a little different than last year I would say.
Just not good enough.......

KY has the #11 passing defense in the country. While they suck at everything else they do, they apparently do some things good.

"Of course I cant stand to see a right handed QB roll to the left."
It's actually easier for a right handed QB to drive the throw when he's rolling to the left. When you step into the throw you step with your left foot. Most of the time the roll out throw is to an out route on that side of the field.

Many of the passes were "there", Lee was just high on a lot of them. Every QB can have an off game and he's been fairly accurate in the previous games, so I'll give him a pass.
LSU's offense is very conservative though. It still feels like they coaches don't have complete confidence in Lee. RARELY do the attack the middle of the field. Almost every pass is outside the hashes. LSU has some guys who could be great over the middle (big WR's Randle and Wright; Peterson) and Sheppard may thrive on short crossing routes.

For one the ball was horribly underthrown. OBJ came back for it but did not catch it clean, he bobbled it and when he did the cornerback basically took it from him with both hands on the inside of the ball while obj had his one hand on the outside of the corners arms. Thats why it was a interception.

No...The passing game needs tons of work.
so if the catches are made thats gonna put us at around 60-70% compl percentage and well over 200 yard...
Tons of work huh?

With the exception of Trent Richardson Bamas offense looks "poopy" too

It's crazy how the two best teams in the country can have Poopy offenses and continue to blow people out

Lee threw some bad but catchable balls...Catch or no catch, the passing game needs work.

Lee needs tons of work too. Some of those throws weren't exactly easy passes to catch

We were 8 definite drops away from Lee being at least 16 for 21 for well over 200 yards and possibly even more because the drives would have continued instead of having to punt
..and RR misjudging a Lee pass and having it go over his head in the 1st half.

I hate talking football with people who know nothing about it.
Finally someone who understands....

Why weren't you bringing up the dropped balls last year and the year before that?
