Tailgating this past weekend for the concert and one of the guys grilled some chicken and put pepper jelly on the chicken instead of bbq sauce. Can't believe I had never thought of this before. Anybody else ever done this?

Zea's does this on their chicken and ribs. They sell their pepper jelly at Rouse's.

I like to grill it with pepper jelly on the chicken, stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.

I've done a pork roast or tenderloin on the rotisserie grill coated with pepper jelly . It was good but I think it would be better on a regular grill where it wasn't turned as often and didn't drop most of the sauce.

Try raspberry or blackberry jam with soy sauce.

I love pepper jelly with leftover duck. I coook the leftover duck in puff pastry and top it with pepper jelly after it bakes.

Try grilling chicken wings and toss them
with zea's sweet chili glaze instead of buffalo sauce. My new staple. I do pork tenderloin on the grill with a rasberry pepper jelly glaze. Also delicious.

Because of these comments, just placed a order for a mixed case of the Texas Pepper Jelly Co.
