Lougavilian 20 year old just waiting to be opened
Wait till it is cooler and have a good la Gloria Cubana
With it.
Next time You brine add 1/2 cup of coffee. After brining, rinse off real well, pat dry with paper towels, rub a good dry rub all over, put in smoker, oven etc.
I have 12# of fresh caught size 6/8. bought 3 lbs last week. They were great. Cooked w/ heads on. , lots of crab boil, lemons, limes and a touch of butte. To
make them easy to peel. Best boiled shrimp I have tasted will do the same with these 12#. Fresh corn on th Cobb and lady cream peas. 4 of us with a 65" HdLED TV.

Beaux Tigers.

That escheat I do, plus add mushroos with the corn and onions. Cut It on a bias and enjoy. You can always play with flavors, I did one last week an at the end coated with a pineapple haberno jelly and made a great glaze. Nothing left !!!

re: Best brand of corndogs???

Got to go with state farm all beef, must be deep fried with mustard only or could add diced onions.
Maverick. et-732, or Thermapen. I have several of each & they work well. Thermapen instant read is fantastic.

They are pretty good, cheap prices but nothing to compare a really fine steak to. You get what you pay for!!
I love beignets and coffee. After 55 years, still like them!! :violin:
Ditto....using Tiger Sauce for years, not seen the dry.
Bombay martini, slightly dirty... The nuts.

Comparing gin to bourbon would be like comparing chicken salad to chicken shite!

re: Prime Rib

If you do not buy a prime cut, you just have a standing rib roast. Buy a good marbled choice cut, you won't be able to really tell the difference.
I only buy prime for holidays or special occasions.

Go to 2 Johns and pay the price. Best steak around.
Ernest's serves a good steak also.
Village is packed on top of each other, hate the atmosphere.
Do not like Backwood smokers.
