Buddy Songy just said Scike is working on a breaking story on a new commit.

Isn't Fleming supposed to be a part of this class as well?

I can only hope it means that we cut the one guy in our class who doesn't fit with the rest of the recruits. And the other guy doesn't sniff an offer.
Names? I'm drawing a blank

Yes and Keys loves this move.

I don't want an angry mob outside my house if he doesn't commit to LSU, so I tried not mentioning names.
Although if he gets arrested while a sign and place for another school, I will gladly welcome milk and cookies mailed to me.

No problem with this-How many games has Jasper won for us over the last two years. It looks like Jasper came from the same kicking academy/instructor in 2007.

How did we beat out Buffalo and Air Force?

Most importantly, is he quick and has he been successfully pulling off any trick plays in his career thus far?

Yeah, I think Sailer's ratings are >>>> any recruiting service, although Jasper was highly rated there as well.

Can he kick long field goals with accuracy?
Certainly a weapon on kick offs

There are only a handful of FG clips in that video, so I don't know, but that 46 yarder easily made it through with plenty yards to spare.
Looks like his claim to fame is his kickoffs. He consistently booms them 7 yards deep into the endzone, if not out of the endzone. Like you said, that is quite a weapon.
Plus, his 48.0 yard punting avg is not too shabby. Seems to place the ball inside the ten often enough, too.
From jump street, this may not be a popular pick just like when the Saints traded up for Thomas Morestead. But after seeing Morestead make punts with 5 second hang times and having kickoffs consistently sent out the endzone, most Saints fans have since apologized for doubting what a weapon the Morestead pick would become.

We get rid of Botts to get this kid? Does Alleman suck?
Obviously the staff isn't overly confident in Alleman.
We need a kicker. How many schools do well with career walk-ons handling the PK duties?
Not very many.

All of those kickoffs were from the 40, so in college those would drop around the 5 or goaline.
As I'm sure he will, hopefully he gets a little stronger.
Nice on the punts being out of bounds inside the 10.

LSU picked up a comittment from kicker James Hairston (6'0", 175) from Dallas Jesuit High School. Hairston made the Dave Campbell All-Texas preseason team. Hairston made five of six field goals attempted last season and had 20 touch backs on kicks, according to information I have received. Hairston is considered one of the top 10 high school kickers in the nation.

Hairston could provide some nice insurance for native australian punter Brad Wing whose net punting average his only year of football was 41.5 yards, with an average hang-time of nearly 5 seconds:
