i like coriander chutney with indian food, i like it in pad thai, and fresh salsa. ill eat it on a taco that has two corn tortillas, so salsa verde and diced onions.

other than that, i dont use it much. im a creature of habit.

definitely a yes...but you have to be careful with cilantro. has a strong flavor that can easily and quickly overpower a dish. for me, moderation is the key.

I absolutely love cilantro. Especially, as someone said earlier, in Mexican and Asian food.
