I tried to stick to numbers I could verify, which is pretty recent stuff. Here is the best I could find:

The Freakiest

Vernon Davis - 6-3 254, 4.38, 42" vertical, 10-8 broad jump, 33 reps

Santonio Holmes - 5-10 188, 4.35, 38" vertical, 10-6 broad jump
Chris Houston - 5-9 185, 4.32, 36" vertical, 10-2 broad jump, 27 reps
Fabian Washington - 5-11 188, 4.29, 41.5" vertical, 10-9 broad jump, 18 reps

Chris McKenzie - 5-8 185 4.32, 45" vertical, 10-7 broad jump, 19 reps

Alright, now for the best NBA combine performances I could find. Here is a nice website where I got all the information. At the NBA combine they bench press 185 as opposed to 225 in the NFL. They do a standing vertical & a running vertical, I'll list them in that order. And for the sprint, they run 3/4 of the basketball court, or 75 feet. So, here are the best I could find:

Slam Dunk Champion Freaks

Dwight Howard - 6-9 (7-4 wingspan) 240, 3.14 sprint, 34.5"-36.5" vertical, 7 reps
Nate Robinson - 5-7 181, 2.96 sprint, 35.5"-43.5" vertical, 13 reps

Other NBA Freaks

Dwayne Wade - 6-3 (6-10 wingspan) 212, 3.08 sprint, 31.5"-35" vertical, 9 reps
Eric Gordon - 6-2 (6-9 wingspan) 222, 3.01 sprint, 32"-40" vertical, 15 reps
Derrick Rose - 6-1.5 (6-9 wingspan) 196, 3.05 sprint, 34.5"-40" vertical, 10 reps
Tyrus Thomas - 6-7 (7-3 wingspan) 217, 3.20 sprint, 34"-39.5" vertical, 8 reps
Ronnie Brewer - 6-5 (6-11 wingspan) 223, 3.14 sprint, 35"-41" vertical, 19 reps
Al Thorton - 6-5 (7-1 wingspan) 221, 3.16 sprint, 35"-41" vertical, 9 reps
Joe Alexander - 6-7 (6-11 wingspan) 220, 2.99 sprint, 32.5"- 38.5" vertical, 24 reps
Joey Graham - 6-5 (6-8 wingspan) 217, 3.05 sprint, 30"-36" vertical, 26 reps
Alton Ford - 6-8 271, 3.16 sprint, 34.5"-36.5" vertical, 21 reps
Jeff Pendergraph - 6-8 (7-1 wingspan) 240, 3.14 sprint, 31"-35" vertical, 15 reps
Emeka Okafor - 6-8 (7-4 wingspan) 257, 3.15 sprint, 31.5"-34" vertical, 22 reps
Jamario Moon - 6-6.5 185, 3.08 sprint, 33"-43" vertical

There are quite a few players that didn't participate in the combine who would have lit it up like LeBron James.

Know of any other freaks that I missed?

Do you agree Davis had the best combine performance?

As far as active athletes in their primes Nate Robinson is the first person I think of when I think "freak".

How ever freak and athlete couldn't be more different. Athleticism = balance/coordination/flexibility Freak = size/speed/strength

LeBron is the first person I think of when I hear freak(well except for Jevon Kearse and Anthony Johnson). I really wish he would've done combine drills just to see how freakish he is, though.

Dexter McClustet could be on the little freaks list. Seemed like he showed out pretty good.
