Tough week. Had 1 fruit pie and a pint of ice cream and it took me all week just to get back to my weight from last Saturday.
Just in time to go out to dinner tonight and start the process over again.
I could eat a horse at the moment. I'm starved. Dinner might get ugly.

what we should be measuring, IMO, is body fat percentage. It's a true indicator. After all, it's what you look like, not what you weigh, right?

I thought the trip to Outback last night might send the scale through the roof. Had a ribeye with a potato {first potato in over 2.5 years} and the blue cheese wedge. Holy Smokes that food is loaded with salt.
I think I might get smacked by a delayed gain because it didn't happen this morning.

My previously mentioned cheat free weekend went to shite last night at the neighborhood party. I stayed strong for a while, but the party food ended up getting the better of me when the beer started clouding judgement.

Been at it two weeks and I am down two pounds. Everyone had cupcakes last night and I had one bite. The salad everyday must be shrinking my stomach or appetite or something because I was only able to eat 1/2 my breakfast this morning and those are my favorite foods of all!
