week two of portion control.. basically tagging onto the wife's weight watchers.

for dinner going grilled chicken breast, sauteed spin, a few baked sweet potato fries, maybe one glass of red.

H, you are amazing. Congratulations on the success you've had so far. It's been very uplifting to e-live this process with you. You will go far in life with the drive and determination you've shown since you joined this thread.

Derp, ate well and gained. I think it's water weight... Plus............... Well how can I put this....... I haven't unclogged the drain in two days.

I don't really understand it. I ate like crap for a month and I was birthing monsters like twice a day. When I'm eating well and actually eating vegetables I can't get anything going. Seems counterintuitive. Maybe it's just because I'm eating less food period.

Oh well.

Try some of the orange flavored whole psyllium husk from GNC. Same thing happens to me, and this really helps.Eating less is also part of it

Week 3 end is near and I am still only down 2 pounds. But I feel much better eating clean so I will continue. I did go to a Chinese buffet last night to celebrate back to school and all I ate was veggies, two pieces of sushi roll, fruit and krab with a k. No rice, no noodles, and nothing fried. I am proud of myself.

Same here Bench. Honestly I think being so freaking busy is the biggest detriment to my diet sometimes. Between work and other commitments there is just no time\energy to cook.

I didn't even bother with the scales this morning.

Oh maybe I should have a daily how is weagle's bm quality post. Seriously, like right after I posted yesterday my stomach started rumbling and bumbling. Maybe it's some TD magic or something.

5.5 lb loss/ drain since Mon. Getting back into it. Workouts are getting better, its amazing how quick you lose stamina after 2 weeks off. Maybe Lance Armstrong could help me out? Keep at it folks, try to be good this weekend!
