Its a new day. Gotta run interference for Sensei or this thread's getting whacked again.

So the way I see it CAD is you need to:
1) get on WW and do chronic,
2) do atkins and no exercise at all,
or 3) do paleo and HIIT.
This steak-eating, bike-racing, barbie-toting BS has got to stop.

At minimum he needs to watch calories. The 62 ounce ribeyes are not going to induce weight loss.

knocking out the sugar and limiting my carbs has really paid off. Had 2 boiled eggs and bacon for breakfast Mon-Thur. Had a salad for lunch Mon-Tue, turkey sandwich on homemade wheat Wed, half a chicken breast and tons of veggies Thursday. For dinner had chicken taco salad Mon, Tues some meat (can't remember) and broccoli and cheese, Wed had grilled chicken and grilled eggplant and squash, Thurs had leftover grilled chicken mixed veggies and small ceaser salad.

Hitting up the CAD fast today. So, I will probably see the awesome 199 some time next week. I love milestones. They are great.

Good luck to everyone this week. And, NO MORE CHEATING.

It feels good to reach that goal but I've got more work to do. So...........

290/205/195

Bought a new scale that also measures body fat. I'm currently at 23.6%. I'm not really sure what percentage I should be looking for so I'm just shooting for under 20% for that goal.

new type of CADfast today. I'll refrain from anymore lame attempts at humor at his expense.

Today also begins the annual Mardi Gras weekend grand consumption extravaganza featuring a Baskin-Robbins type assortment of King Cakes, grilled Bourgeois burgers and sausage, head cheese and jerky all packed with sodium straight from saltdomes of SWLa, a vast array of party trays, dips and, thankfully, hummus. (I hate hummus and it'll be something I can proudly say I didn't eat.) Looking to be 159ish on Ash Wed.

i know tl;dr

eta: congrats Slack and Norm

The scale must be stuck this week, maybe I'll jump up and down on it this weekend and see if that helps. Started a different workout so I think I'm retaining H2O but I can feel the difference in a good way.

Bench/Slacker looks like your doing it right, keep it up and Happy Mardi Gras everyone

God damn this is frustrating. At least I know I'm losing fat. That is about all that's keeping me going at this point

here's the thing hulk. we're here to kick your arse and keep you motivated. you're not in this alone. and that is why you will ultimately succeed. you gotta have CT to make you feel bad when you cheat..you may try & justify why or hide the cheat..but CT is RELENTLESS and she will rip off your tapestry of lies and self deception and open that raw wound for all of the world (or PUTTA) to see and you will have no choice for the full light of day has shined upon the sins and transgressions of your mortal failings.

note to self: chill on the triple expressos.

I know. It's frustrating as hell to know that you lost a lot of % of fat (nearly 3% in a week) but still aren't losing weight. It's comforting and annoying at the same time, because all of the work I'm doing isn't paying off on the scale. But it is improving my overall health and feeling the difference and seeing the difference in fat % and all is keeping me going.

True. Since I solely dieted for almost a year, I put too much emphasis on the scale.
