And he's had tremendous success without posting in this thread even one time. Go figure.

otis2 and ole geauxt stuffed me with crawdads with all kinds of cracker jack surprsies (mushrooms, sausage, pineapple, apple pie moonshine..)

so who cares about the damn weight today. i'm super happy.

teeter-tottering. I can't wait to get my bmi and body fat % tomorrow if they have the measuring things there. 6 days til I hit 1 year

I took a picture for someone yesterday and I can see a huge difference in myself. I'm gonna do some before/afters this upcoming Sunday. A little nervous since I have a wedding to attend Saturday..

big sodium bomb last night. Oh and I cheated a little. Went to Chimes for trivia, had the blackened gator (SUUUUUUPER salty. I almost couldn't eat it) and a couple of Killian's.

Currently in fluid release mode prepping for Lent. Contemplating Friday CADfasts since its a meatless day any way. A week away from a year on board.

I was in full hermit mode today.

My friends left messages pleading for me to come out but I want to get back into the darn competition and can't afford a bad day.

The good news is that I dropped the 5 I gained last week but I will probably be about the same weight as the last office weigh-in.

I need to finish strong with 5 weeks to go until THE END of the competition and my diet.

Good job Myth. I too was good on Mardi GRAS. Went to the parade with the family and had a diet coke. They all went out to eat but I came back home and had a good workout. I was 191 this morning and really need to get over this 192ish plateau that has been kicking my arse for about 3 weeks

Okie Dokie!

It is lent. I don't want to hear about ANY cheating over the next 50 days and none of that fake lent that allows you to cheat on Sundays.

Time to hunker down and tighten the belt.

I've already given up everything so not much more I can do for lent. I gave up coffee last year and there is no way I can do that again without going postal.

Maybe I will get at least a minor tiny bit of exercise every day. Mainly with a few situps and pushups.

not to go poli board but I'm glad my lent is only 40 days. lent can include positive things so I'll be nice to TD posters.

Congrats Hulk. I know you've been frustrated the last week or so. Good job with the new low.

218/198.8/175

Broke the 200 milestone. Woohoo. Only about 24 lbs to go to get down to 175. I feel better. have more energy. But, I don't feel great yet. Can't wait to shed some of this fat from my gut and start feeling really good again. Who knows, I might shoot for less than 175 once I reach that.

This has been a life change for me. I've been limiting my carbs as much as I can. At most, I'll have one piece of bread a day. But, I try not to do that. and, I've done great with cutting out the obvious sugar problems (dr. pepper, sweet tea, sweetened chocolate, candy, cookies, cake, etc.).

I just had a delicious sausage, egg, and cheese omelet. Yummy.

Hulk good job, how did that % body fat go?

Slack, congrats on the new low.Sounds like your on the right track Going low carb and cutting out the sugar is pretty tough for alot of people.

225/192/185
This 192 plateau has been around for over 2 weeks now The last 2 fasts have helped but I'm still stuck. Have really done the same diet and work outs that I have been doing to get me here but this is frustrating. Need to keep pressing on and hope to break thru
