The free lunch today was fried shrimp, fried fish, fries, sweet potato fries, and crawfish pasta.

That's about what I will look like tomorrow!

Fat % went from 30.9 to 30.3%. Not nearly as dramatic as the initial jump, but I imagine that my body is just getting used to the thermogenic now.

My first post.

12 months ago I was 190ish. Sometime 185, sometime 195.

Today I am about 170ish. Fluctuate between 165 and 175. Feel great.

For all those working on losing weight. Keep it up!! Slow and steady!!

KJI, I'm at153 and147 is the target. I was 147 for about 3 months this summer but fat season kicked in. Got below 135 when I made this last career change 13 years ago. Not looking to be tumor-sized again.

Told ya! After Saltfest Wednesday, I shot up about 4 freaking pounds.

The weekend doesn't look good. I need to navigate lunch at my dad's house then dinner out.

Oh and then next weekend I need to safely navigate multiple birthday outings.

Damn office competition is slipping away.

Hang in there Hulk, I know your stuck at that weight but you know your %body fat is going down.
225/190.5/185
I will absolutely not touch anything salty, malty, starchy or sweet this weekend. Geting over the 192 plateau was tough.Next week I must go all out on the diet and workouts as the following week I have a couple buddies coming from out of state.
They want boudin, beer, po-boys, beer, etouffee, beer, gumbo, beer, crab stew, beer, jambalaya, beer and did I mention BEER.

Knocked off 1.7 from the Wednesday Seafood Salt Feast debacle.

I am going to try to force myself back out on the bike for the next 3 days but I am not optimistic.

Good luck to all over the weekend.

One of the negatives of dropping 150 pounds is that I am ALWAYS freezing.

At work I am miserable because they keep the temp at 72 and the vent in my office NEVER stops blowing arctic air at me.

I guess the negative will be a positive in the summer when I will be able to take the heat better but my office will still feel like the North Pole.
