for checking and bill pay?
Ive been with my local bank that offers these services, but recently the web interface changed and they go thru fidelity and for some reason the shite is slow and cumbersome and frankly I am tired of dealing with it.
just looking for some different options.

I like their web site for checking balances and bill pay. They are like any large mega corp though, everything's fine until you have a problem. I once set up my account online to do a wire transfer, and somehow in the process it activated the autodownload option for Quicken/Mint that they charge $10 per month for. It took me about 4 months worth of "take this service I never signed up for off my account" to get it stopped. They did credit all the charges but I had to keep on top of it. I've been using their bill pay for years with no problem, so if all you do is checking balances and paying bills online it works.

I have never personally had a problem with them and I've had an account there since 2003. I have two credit cards, a student loan, checking and my mortgage through them. The only part I don't like is that they charge for wire transfers, but I can do that for free through USAA. The one time I had an issue was when my credit card number was stolen. Chase was able to figure out that it was an invalid charge and denied it right away so that it never showed up on my bill.

I hated Chase when I used to deal with them, mostly because they would call frequently wanting me to buy useless crap (protection packages etc.) from them.
I use Schwab for brokerage, main checking, bill pay, and main credit card. No complaints and the Schwab Visa card is one of the top rated.

I have Chase and I am a little pissed at the moment. Their internet banking is pretty good as long as it's up and running.

I absolutly hate Chase. They hold my mortgage for about one more month until I refinance with a different bank. I can not stand their shitty customer service.

I don't like Chase, but I had a falling out with them a while back.
I now bank with USAA.

I've been banking with Chase for probably 7 years and I've also been pleased with their service.

I switched to Chase from capital one about a year ago and I have been happy with them.

Chase cost me $26k when they took over Bank One but other than that their online bill pay and checking services are great.
I had an unimproved land loan on 7 acres. Bank one had set up a 15yr loan that refinanced to prime every 3 years(the only way they would touch unimproved acreage at the time). Needless to say the first three years were up not long after Chase acquired bank one. Got a letter in the mail that Chase no longer refinanced land loans and they were calling the loan. Rather than go through the hassle of going to a new bank and getting the property resurveyed etc I paid cash

I opened an account the other day. I havent switched my money over yet, so I am just checking it out to see how I like it. so far so good. I really like the iphone app. being able to deposit a check using my iphone is definitely a great feature for me. Im about to test out some of the bill pay options. seems pretty straightforward.

My experience also, for both Chase and Schwab.

I've been pleased with them.
Impressed that my local branch manager even advised me to NOT get their CDs... go somewhere else.

I use chase for checking and short term savings account. I am satisfied with them.
I once left my debit card at a restaurant and the help charged up 2500.00 in charges before i missed the card 6 days later. One five min phone call and they instantly credited back my account with the 2500 dollars. I was very pleased with that situation, they won me over that day.
