re: is chase a good bank to deal with?

i have been with chase since it was bank one and maybe even before it was something else. things that they have improved on: free on line bill pay, iphone app - my favorite pay bills transfer money b/n accounts, even make deposits over the phone - just take a picture of the ck, no enevlopes are needed at the atm, atm seems a little easier than at capital one.
cons- i found a small ck around the house and tried to deposit well i didn't realize that it was about 6 months old and it didn't clear - they charged my account $10.
