We will be including Thursday games in Pick'em, so whenever there is a Thursday game, that will be the deadline for the week...so don't hesitate to get your picks in.

Good luck.

I'll be taking bets on whether I'm eliminated by Week 1 or Week 2.

Who is everyone taking in survivor this week? Tennessee over Oakland and Chicago over Detroit are likely to be the biggest picks. Outside of those games, there aren't too many other great survivor picks in week 1.

Both of those picks scare me actually.

Yep, I couldn't decide tonight, so I'll probably keep staring at all the games until one jumps out at me.

I think WAY more people than normal will be eliminated week 1 this year. I picked Miami over Buffalo FWIW

yeah. I'm more tempted to pick Detroit over Chicago

but I think I'm going with 9ers over Seahawks.

I'm picking Arizona over St. Louis. Even with AZ's QB situation in flux they're still better than the Rams.

I hope I understood the Survivor challenge correctly:

1. I can pick one game, and only one game, during the week. Win and you say in, lose and I'm done.
2. I can't pick the same team twice during the contest.

This could be tricky since who does anyone think St. Louis or Detroit (or Oakland) can actually beat?

I thought about picking StL, but unless we eventually have to start picking 2 winners per week, it may never come down to having to pick the Rams.

there is only one pick i feel somewhat safe making, and it's taking a road team in a hostile environment (SD)

Yea, when I went back to the regular NFL pickem trying to decide who to pick, I noticed I only picked 4 or 5 home teams to win this week. I hate taking road teams in Survivor, but I might not have a choice this time.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thought this was a tough week.

St Louis and Detroit are both looking decent this season tbh.

I'm thinking about taking a huge risk and going with Cleveland, but that might be a little too much, especially on the road. If not, I'm going with Zona or Tennessee.
