LSU and Arkansas to the Big 12???

Now that the Big 12 has 10 and will eventually expand, what are the chances they court the 2 most western SEC teams in LSU and Arkansas?
I think there is little to no chance LSU would even talk to those guys, but if I were the Big 12 commish thats the 2 teams I would target first

If they did that Slive should counter by offering invites to A&M and OU. Then have A&M and OU announce their intent to join the SEC, followed immediately by LSU and Arkansas declination of the Big 12 minus minus offer.
The Big 12 would have as many football teams as the Big East, thus renaming itself the Big East West.

After seeing the way Texas was willing to f#ck over Kansas, Kansas St and Iowa State to get their deal with the PAC 10, I can't imagine that any school from a BCS conference would want to join any conference run by them. I think the only way the Big 12 (aka Texas and Her Nine Little Bitches) can expand at this point is by the "promotion" of mid majors.
