I'd say that Feldman is probably the most reliable college football writer so I bet it's definitely true.
I have to laugh at Kiffin (Pete Carroll clearly knew something to leave right there) and a couple of the USC posters who repeatedly said it would be the ultimate wrist slap (2-3 scholarships, etc) when they didn't have any reason to feel so confident.
I wonder if this impacts Seantrel Henderson also.
