I barely follow the NHL until the playoffs, but I like the Oilers. No idea why, I just do. I'm gonna try to follow the NHL a little more than I do now.

Having been out in CA for a while now including Nor Cal, so have become a Sharks fan. However after today and my growing hatred for Canada hockey, I am not so sure how I feel about the Sharks right now. Sort to want to go to a game and wave a big American flag at those damn...

SAN JOSE SHARKS, grew up in the Bay Area, and have been watching them choke away the #1 seed for what seems like forever now

LSUcanfan,

Any idea why, during the celebriy portion of te Closing ceremonies, Quebec and the Martimes were slighted.

I saw Marie Mai and thats it for any Qubecois culture. Where were any Quebec folksingers or Natalie McMaster?

also where were: Gordon Lightfoot, Anne Murray, Shania twain, Dan Akroyd?

Diehard Montreal Canadiens fan here, though I was a Whalers fan until they left my home state when I was 11.
