We've been buying Community Coffee at work, and of course I love it but I was thinking about buying some different kinds and trying them out.

What would you recommend?

Dunkin Donuts Coffee is good.

Also get a french press.. Its a whole other world of coffee. There are flavors you just dont get from a coffee maker.

Dunkin Donuts makes good coffee. I hate their donuts, but the coffee is very good.

Get a Capresso or Technoworm brewer and a good grinder. You'll probably spend about $300 for this setup, but you'll never need to buy overpriced coffeee again either.

Try some of the mild starbucks beans.
Half of what I drink daily is from the work pot and it is yucky community coffee and chicory.

I have been given Stumptown beans recently and loved that product. I have found some of the stuff at Whole Foods to be very good too as most of them roast their beans on site.

Don't think I will turn my nose up at a good pot of community, but I have learned to like other stuff.

Community is not good coffee. I would rank it one place above Folgers. Buy fresh roasted beans from Whole Foods or your local bean roaster. You can have them grind it for you. It will be more expensive but it will be like buying pizza from Dominos (community) vs. an italian joint in NYC.

Where I used to work, we would buy cheap Folgers and mix it 50-50 with expensive Wholefoods coffee. It was much better than just the cheap stuff.
