i would pay to see a work out regimen of an LSU player....

i suppose its pretty secret info but id love to see how/what these guys do year round to train.. down to the details of a work out (including running and other cardio)
imagine if moffit owned a private gym where you could pay to go through say, 4 months of structured workouts similar to what the football players went through. i'd pay!

There was a video showing Tyson working out last summer that everyone said ment we would go 12-0 after seeing it.
