cajun- all the time b/c I live in NYC
but more specifically:
-fried xx (insert seafood) poboy
-sushi
-a good fish dish at a decent restaurant in NOLA or BR (either blackened or with a nice sauce)
-crawfish
-cheeseburger
-mexican in general
-spinach and artichoke dip (I am a sucker for dips)

fresh seafood. i haven't lived anywhere in 7 years where i had access to fresh seafood. anytime i travel to someplace close to the water, seafood is all i order.
