AIDS has been a thing for 45 years. Its dangers, causes and preventions have been known for several generations. If the Africans haven’t figured it out yet, there’s no hope for them. More American dollars won’t help.

Well as someone who did 2 USAID projects in Algeria many moons ago frankly I was astonished it got cancelled.
Given how much in “consulting fees” and “feasibility studies” congressional representatives require to approve them I’m surprised they gave up that cash cow.
