Black people Asians and White Liberals still wear masks. WTF?!?
I played golf today with an Asian couple. The lady wore a mask outside while playing golf. I see black people walking down the street alone wearing a mask. Of course cuckholders were a mask.
It is baffling to say the least.

Japanese and Koreans (of which there are not many in Houston) I can excuse. They've worn face diapers when they think they're sick since at least the 80s when I lived there. Chinese are the ones that wear masks when they're by themselves in a car. Yes, I can tell the difference the vast majority of the time.

It's their face, wtf do I care? I've never worn one though I do have an excellent and robust neanderthal/cro-magnon/white immuno system.

I really think there's some reason behind the fact that 99% of the people still wearing them tend to fit into these groups. Probably worth some type of sociology or social psychology study.

That’s simply not true
Your graph of mask mandate states’ covid cases versus those of non-mandate states ignores the fact that legions of people in non-mandate states still wore masks, and that mask mandate states tended to be the higher population density states.
