That’s still very illegal. We just don’t enforce laws anymore. Same reason every other crime stat is up. What happens when you enable bad behavior and stop holding people accountable.
Can’t ask for better laws when the ones in place aren’t even being enforced. Why don’t we try that first? It’s a culture problem not a weed problem. Similar to the libs complaining about gun laws when they don’t even enforce the ones in place already.
And until we get our shite together, Tyrone is gonna keep smoking his blunts riding in his caddy regardless of what Johnny law says bc he knows nothing will happen to him.

The weed people are truly the worst.

Drunks are way worse than potheads.

Not even close to what this reclassification does.

If by "burnouts and losers" you mean professional aging white men and older ones in their 60s/70s...
Pot keeps a lot of people off of way harder prescriptions

I was told recently that agony has merit that we just can't see, which I guess is why God hates the pots, or something.

I will say this about trump…he is susceptible to suggestion on a wide range of policy if the suggestion is coming from person(s) he likes or respects. My understanding is that this policy shift is due in large part to people like Joe Rogan and many others who have access to him making the points that schedule 1 for medically effective substances is not working and has never worked.
What I am saying is that for perhaps the first time in decades we have an executive who will listen to people other than career bureaucrats and politicians, and I think that’s a good thing. Prohibition of cannabis and psychedelics research is bad policy

Drugs in Schedule I, which include heroin and LSD, are considered to have no accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse. Schedule III drugs, like Tylenol with codeine and testosterone, by contrast are recognized as having medical applications and are subject to fewer regulatory restrictions.
Reclassification lowers longstanding barriers that have made it difficult for researchers to study cannabis in clinical settings.
The financial implications are significant too. It would exempt cannabis companies from IRS Code Section 280E, allowing them to deduct standard expenses like rent and payroll for the first time, and opens the door for banking access that was previously barred.
About fricking time

Drump is such a fascist that now this ruling will likely release a lot of brown people that are in jail for petty crimes. Kamala Harris is pissed.

Finally, the banks can get a hold of all that California and Colorado weed money. The Fed's are gonna tax the britches off of them.

So does this mean that I can get a telehealth appointment and have it shipped directly to me from an out of state "pharmacy"?
If so. LA dispensary monopoly is f-ed, so I'm sure they'll make sure that this process is illegal in LA.

Drunks don't go around telling everyone what a virtue being a drunk is.

No. No they're not.
That's something a weed person would say to justify walking around smelling like a dead animal.

A few weeks ago, the weather was really nice, so I was driving with the windows down. Everything felt perfect, until I got a blast of weed smell coming through the window.
Why can't potheads eat a gummy so I don't have to smell that shite everywhere I go?
