Doesn't hit as fast, but also eating a gummy lasts way longer. It's a commitment.

Look at the end of the day the weed people are going to smoke their weed and some of is are going to point out the fact that they stink, like weed people. No need for them to get all in their feels about it, It's a choice. They choose to carry about smelling like roadkill for their habit.
ok? But nothing you said has anything at all to do with the point I made. Like not even in the vicinity.
The POINT was that marijuana and has no business being classified as a schedule 1 drug along with shite like peyote and ecstasy. Just like going 50 in a 45 shouldn't be treated the same in the eyes of the law as a child rape. You smelling weed on the sidewalk couldn't possibly matter less as it relates to this.

Isn’t that like saying one foot of water in your house is better than 2 feet of water in your house?

I've never seen someone go around telling people that being a pothead is virtuous. Seems like you are making this up. Odd.

Oh my God. The absolute horror.
Do you bitch and moan about every smell that you find unpleasant throughout your day?

And since we have week government a LE leadership these weed people feel no fear, shame or remorse about ruining the day for the normal people who just want to shop, or take their kids to the movies or a park, etc.
Imagine letting a fleeting odor that you find unpleasant ruin your day

Well it sounds like this runs deeper than the smell for you. Seems personal.

Oh, bullshite. The granola heads who blaze love to wax rhapsodic about all the positive attributes and benefits of the skunk grass. You'd think weed is the herbal equivalent of WD-40.
Look, I'm for legalization. I don't think the gubmint has any business telling you or me what we do with our bodies. But, it is laughable and tiresome listening to the weed crowd justify firing up by painting it as this magical remedy or preventative to all of life's ills. Just be honest enough to admit y'all just like to get high.

Thanks for the non sequitur input.

Based on the number of downvotes I'm getting, there are a lot more dope fiends on TigerDroppings than I originally suspected.

Well, I can't attest to the medical benefits or being a cure all so to speak. However I can say in my own experience that I absolutely play guitar better under the influence of marijuana. It seems to boil down to a few things. My playing is less restricted and I seem more open to new styles, techniques, and just trying new things. Additionally, it also allows me to slow down enough to very carefully analyze my own technique in detail and fix issues. It's allowed me to do way more and clean up my technique in the past 5ish years than I had in the previous 20.

I just don't want to smell it in public. The same way I don't want drunk people carrying on and puking on the streets in public. I don't feel like this is a controversial take. I guess I'm wrong.
