Vrabel finally owns up to Dianna Russini Photos "had difficult conversation with family"

"Those have been positive and productive. We believe in order to be successful on and off the field, you have to make good decisions. That includes me. That starts with me. We never want our actions to negatively affect the team. You never want to be the cause of a distraction.
What I can promise you is that my family, this organization, the team, the staff, the coaches, everybody - our fans, most importantly - will get the best version of me going forward."
Vrabel thanked local reporters for their patience amid his silence, calling the episode a "personal and private matter."

But lets just say his wife talks to her friends about the "difficult conversation with the family" and that friend leaks to the press (I mean what are the chances women will talk) Then he's caught blatantly lying. Then what? Keep lying?

We realistically knew this all along but at least this cements Russini lied about it being a gathering among friends. “Difficult conversations” aren’t needed if that’s the case

Not caring personally doesn’t mean this isn’t a fair inquiry. He’s the face of an organization that is in the public light having an affair with a reporter, not some lady from the club. Her influence, little or big, within media circles is why this was brought forth

For the same reason Crissy Froyd was fired. She made an accusation with no proof, and instead of the USA Today risking getting sued over it, they fired her.
Vrabel could easily do the same thing. It’s called libel. People are sued all the time over it
