Is the baseball S and C coach job in jeapordy?

Jay was all about him last season, but I notice he talked about completely changing their offseason strength training approach next season in his interview.

he's well respected and wouldn't be unemployed for long, he could take another MLB job if he wanted

I don't think he is in any particular danger but I'm sure Jay will be doing a top to bottom review of every person and procedure from himself to the grounds crew.
You can tell Jay is more upset about this than the fans and he is not a Les Miles hardhead.

Stanfield isn't going to add 30 pounds. Milam isn't going to grow 6 inches. Curiel and Brown will always be lean (though they did bulk up some this off season). You're not going to transform 22 year old Brayden Simpson or Seth Dardar in an off season.
We just don't have a Jared Jones or Ethan Frey body on this team outside of Yamin. People wouldn't be saying the same thing if Quentin Young, Brady Ebel, or Jaden Fauske made it to campus.

I’m sure Jay dictates every aspect of the baseball program. If the S&C coach was told not to work out players during the season, I’m sure that’s what he’s done, even though he may have a different philosophy.

But I don't think baseball is a sport where S&C would make a material difference in the on-field performance.
