Here we see a video of the D-boys doing a hostage rescue training scenario. Just look at the speed and shots on target in a full sprint. There's even a weapon malfunction and they dont skip a beat.

I wonder how these videos get out? I would doubt it’s an authorized release and I highly doubt one of the unit members would risk his security clearance for some YouTube clout.

This dude is one of the baddest mfers to ever come through the US military. One of the first 9 people to make it through Delta selection. Served from like '68-'99 (I think he got out after Vietnam for a short while though)

Watched an interview were Andy Stumpf (former DEVGRU/SEAL Team 6) and a former Delta/CAG operator were talking about Delta's CQB tactics should have been adopted by SEAL Team 6 years earlier than they did. They started comparing the two units on how they differed in selection, training, etc and the Delta guy was asked who were the better direct action force and he basically stated that the best DEVGRU operator and the best CAG operator would be extremely close but the worst Delta guy would run circles around the worst DEVGRU operator. Andy nodded.

They are much better than what that video shows. CAG guys do CQB at a level that no other Tier 1 unit can touch. When they allow others from units like British SAS or even other SOCOM members to train with them, one of the first things the other guys learn is that is doesn't matter what they learned in the "minor leagues", Delta does it better and faster.

There was a post the other day of an interview of an SAS guy who got in with delta and was raving about how good they are.
I believe the way he described it is that they are pure thoroughbred strikers.
