How does losing the series to a&m end LSU’s season in baseball? Is Billy implying that a&m was somehow an underdog/bad team that pulled a major upset? Makes zero sense. He’s grasping here.

Guilbeau’s response is correct. McMahon was a lame duck, and Johnson will be fine. LSU was screwed in baseball after last week, and despite the sucking, their fate isn’t sealed this weekend. I’d say the next two series are even more pivotal. A run against Miss State and South Carolina and they could get back into the mix. If not, those will be the deciding factors.
