Death of a 69 year old homeless man.
So lesser sentence for actually beating an elderly man to death on the streets in NY over trying to stop a fleeing felon…

Within the story it says the Judge told his lawyer he would probably get off with no jail time. Its only after the papers started to spotlight the case that he actually gave the little prick some jail time.
The FBI needs to investigate some of these judges and charge them, civil rights violations, hate crime.
Couldnt happen? Remember this is the same court system that found the President guilty of 34 crimes....when there was no victim.

Why is this cop going to prison? Fleeing felon? He crashed in guessing?
Sounds like he should've known how to ride a moped while getting a cooler thrown at him since he knew he was going to be a fleeing felon.
This is also a failure of the district attorneys office on how they prosecuted these cases.

That cop should have known better. I am a firm believer than any government official who breaks a law must be severely, I mean SEVERELY, punished.

Last time I was in the subway in Brooklyn I looked around the car and there were some surly looking caracters and about half a dozen Timeodays. I thought to myself, these fellas could beat me to death and the Timeodays would film it to ensure no one broke the law by saving my life
