Hes spent a large portion of the last two years apologising and repenting over previous unChristian stances and statements he's made.
Am I a sucker for believing his sincerity? Perhaps. But I'm okay with being a sucker for personal growth and apologies.

These do seem to be a common characteristic of influencers: lack of intelligence and instability. Probably a common personality profile too but all you really to know is they're not "truth-seekers".
