A halfway decent coach can win when he has great players. But a great coach wins even when his players are not great. A great coach gets the best out of his players. That is definitely not happening with this team. JJ is definitely not getting the best out of these players. In fact, at times they look like a poorly coached high school team. A lot of the luster with JJ is wearing off.

It's passing strange, esp. for a two-time national champion coach at LSU. It's comparable only to Jimbo Fisher's demeanor at Texas A&M in 2022 when the Aggies were enduring a disastrous season.
I full expect Jay to leave LSU at the end of this season, maybe going back to the West Coast or seeking out an MLB opening. He's fulfilled his purpose here already.

Lots of retards on here. You can choose to believe the sky is falling or choose to believe a 2x national championship winning coach will only use this season to get better. LSU fans give Bama fans hell all the time but we would have had people on here trying to run Saban off. CJJ is the modern Saban of college baseball so just sit back and let the man do his job

Agreed. We just aren’t very good this year. It happens. We lost a ton off of that championship team last year and had some whiffs in the portal.
