Rewatching Ted Lasso and seeing the Stepbrothers thread got me to thinking about this.

Phil Dunster (Jamie Tartt) Brett Goldstein (Roy Kent)

This is a newer one but these two are definitely working their way up there.

Others Guy Homer but Wahlberg and Farrell killed it as a reversal of the straight man and comedic relief for the typical buddy cop.

As another buddy cop duo out of left field, Mel Gibson and Danny Glover.

Also, Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe.
