Posey is a definite. Not 1st ballot, but he's 100% getting in.

Posey is 1st ballot. Frazier may get a handful of votes. But yeah, terrible class overall. P

Why? Guy was an average player for a decade. 2x all star. Has 1000 career hits. 218 HR. .241 life time hitter. 25.8 WAR. Brett Gardner has a 44.8 WAR for comparison.

If anyone else on this list would get votes, it'd be Lester, but I don't think he gets in.

Andrew Miller was one of the best relievers in baseball for half a decade, but he doesn't have the longevity, nor staying power with one franchise, to get in. He'd be the only other guy on this list even worthy of a sympathy vote.

I clicked....assuming OP might be having fun by exaggerating the WORST title for this list.

OP is not. None of those guys (except Posey) have any shot whatsoever.

I mean no fricking way....Jay Bruce? Asdrubal Cabrera? I think JA Happ was on there.

Being a state fan I’m a big fan of Mitch Moreland but in no way is he close to a HOF’er. I still think Will Clark should be in

Dexter Fowler was a below average player pretty much his entire career

Yup. If you asked me to rate Dexter Fowler 1 to 10 scale compared to every other MLB player......4 to 5.

He may not. But wasn’t he considered a really good defensive 3B? I know he didn’t win any gold gloves, but that’s what I remember his reputation being. And for those guys, the offensive standards get lowered. But I’m just saying he may get a tiny handful of votes, nothing even remotely close to getting in.

And comparing him to Gardner is apples to oranges. He’s “competing” against other historical 3B, Gardner would be competing against OF. And there’s a ton more historically great OF than 3B.

But I definitely ain’t dying on no Todd Frazier hill.

It’s not like someone sits down and decides who makes the list. There a list of requirements and if a player checks all the boxes, he’s on the list.

Feel like the most memorable thing about Todd Frazier was either his HR derby win in Cincinnati, or him looking retarded in Minute Maid in '17.

Honest question but why is that so may MLBHOF have such little star quality?

Every single one of those guys were run of the mill MLB’ers.

Seems like most classes are like that.

While the NFL has legit guys year after year

Posey will get in but he shouldn't be first ballot. Only other guy on the list that should ever get in is Lester.

People shooting on this refuse to believe all of these guys made 10+ years in MLB, which is an accomplishment in itself. No, they are not all Hall of Famers, but they did get enough years to even be considered.
