I lived in the UK for three years, and this was never a concern, and it was a very pro-dog culture at that time. Now, all of a sudden, it is a new topic of concern.

Maybe we should be a little less dog friendly… I don’t need them shitting in the middle of Walmart with owners not picking it up, little kids getting bit… your dog does not need to be everywhere you are
