Of the 6 home runs hit today, how many of them were out at The Box?

I actually think none of them.

Curiel, Brown, and Stanny were out by a combined 10 feet.

None, they are playing in Knoxville.

I think those short arse walls contribute just as much as the 10ft shorter down the line dimensions

All of UTs and 1 of ours.
I don't buy that the HR to right center was anywhere close to '410. That ball is hitting the warning track at the box.
Their last HR probably hits the wall in Baton Rouge. It's like 310 down the line in LNS.

I really don't think their measurements are legit. Im guessing more like 300 to LF.

My play like 300 with a 5 ft wall lol

New flash, baseball fields outfield dimensions are not uniform…
This is always such a wired thing that some LSU fans fixate on and it’s pretty silly tbh. Both teams are playing in the same park, it’s not like the walls move back when we come up to bat. Just play the game.

Thanks man. This is brand new information for me.
And it’s actually something I love about the game.
I love that every field is different. I love irregular outfields.
But Tennessee plays on a smaller field than the high school I went to.

No shite Sherlock.
We can discuss the dimensions of other parks if we want. Some people can like the dimensions some can dislike.
You can also make dumbass comments in the thread if you want.

Except where the bullpen (where Milam's almost went out) is, the walls are the same height as the Box

Newsflash- the point of this thread just flew over your head like the balls over that little wee-ball wall.

Why does it matter?
